Why do I need to hire you to complete these Directory / Classifieds submissions?

The whole submission is a tedious and time-consuming process. We’ll handle all the account registrations / setup, waiting times, verifications, validations, form-filling, file uploads, captchas, multi-category selections, image editing and other various optimizations.

Additionally, we’ve figured out the entire process, compiled all the required information (so you need to furnish the relevant information only once). We’ve also filtered out the best sites so you don’t have to worry about it.

What is expected of me as a client?
An online form will be provided to collect all relevant information about your business in order to facilitate and complete all of the submission processes.

Other information, content and other business information are needed should other packages are involved.

How are project payments processed?
50% upfront payment is required before commencement of the project. The balance is paid after full completion and acceptance. Equal payments are made at the start and the end of the project.
Will I be able to update / edit all of the accounts once it’s completed?

Definitely, all account login details will be provided after the full creation and submission process has been completed. In different environments, we’ll add you as the administrator so that you can take over and manage them.

What is your Refund Policy
For the Visibility Package, project cancellation is possible but only BEFORE the submission process. As for the social media & website package, the T&C will be covered within the FAQ section of each of the respective pages.
Guarantee
We do not own any of the directories, classified sites or any other online establishments which we submit your business to. Most of submissions are auto-approved and appear almost immediately but some will require approval from the site’s administrators. The level of responses are also very dependent on your product, services, current trend and the various traffic level of each of the sites involved.

Different classified sites have different terms and advertising duration, hence different visibility opportunities in term of period-based offers.

We only submit to sites giving out FREE packages, so processing time may be affected and certain features may be lacking compared to their other paid options.
