Pricing is something which we cannot disclose before looking thoroughly at the requirements of the project. However, we can provide a set of guidelines in which how we usually provide a final quote to you. Do not hesitate to contact us through our contact page here to request for a quote, ONLY once you have answered some of the questions below. We can't quote you just by simply saying that you need e.g. a website, a logo, a flash presentation, etc.

Complexity Questions (for all situations)

1. Number of pages. (Websites & Brochures)
2. Image heavy design. (Websites & Brochures)
3. Involvement of Flash elements. (Flash Intro, Flash Components, Flash Games)
4. Need a logo? Do you need business cards, newsletters to go along with the logo?
5. Colour orientation / theme (Preferably 2 - 3 colours max).
6. A brand new design or a site revamp?
7. Does it involve any e-commerce elements? (Websites)
8. If you need any e-commerce elements, do you need any payment gateway facilities to go with such features? Also provide us with the industry you're in and the products you're trying to sell. If you're selling books, do specify if you're selling tangible or intangible versions.
9. The duration (time) / number of slides of presentation (Flash Intro / Powerpoint Presentations)
10. Light / Average / Heavy CSS usage.
11. The duration / mechanism / complexity of the storyboard (Flash Games)
12. Do you want to integrate Web 2.0 characteristics to your website?
13. Do you need a CMS (Content Management System)?
14. Do you have any samples / reference materials / existing ideas on paper which you have in mind to express the idea you're looking for?
15. If you're trying to get a 3d animation / movie composition up, please provide us with your storyboard and how long you want it to be.
16. Do you need any other additional modules? E.g. Blog, forum, newsletter, etc.
17. Level of Urgency.

Programming (Website / Application / Flash Games)

1. Requires programming from scratch.

Commercial Script Skinning

Maintenance

1. Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly maintenance of completed websites.
2. Essential backup of databases.

Payment Policy
For each project, we will provide (1 mockup = web design, flash intro, multimedia, skinning, brochures, etc) (2 or more mockups = logos, business cards, etc) set of mockup design / proposal for your evaluation. Should you need sample designs of more than 1 (one), additional charges will apply for each additional mockup / proposal. A 50% upfront of the agreed total payment is required before the real stages of work can begin. Additional charges will be added to the original quote should any heavy additional changes required during the designing stage. The remaining 50% will be paid upon work completion / acceptance. Completed work / source codes / and any other materials will be provided once the remaining 50% has been received.

Payment period for the remaining 50% stands at 7 working days after confirmation of project completion & has gained ownership of any associated source files. 20% additional cost from the total price will be added for every additional day of delayed payment, after the 14 working day period. Kindly contact us as soon as possible if you're facing unforeseen / unavoidable difficulties to complete any remaining payments. We reserve the right to reject any unacceptable excuses in order to gain longer payment periods.

For eCover design related products, full payment is required before start of any work.

Refund Policy
We do not provide any refunds (applies to the first 50% and the whole 100% payment) to any project (all the projects except eCover related projects) which has already started, in the middle stages of completion or for any completed projects. Exception will be given in the situation where a refund request of the first initial 50% deposit is made before any work is taken into action. In the case of an eCover design, we will refund 100% of your money should you request one. Your prompt action in notifying us in advance is greatly appreciated should you require a refund. If you think that you wish to cut down on the features / elements of the projects, feel free to contact us to apply a deduction of the initial cost to reflect any changes to your requirements. Should this happen, changes of the cost will usually take effect on the remaining 50% payment. Again, please let us know as soon as you can if you have such changes in mind.

*Charity
We provide work for charity based organisations or non-profit organisations for ZERO cost / totally free, should you need any. However, please understand that our time is limited and could probably reject certain requests from time to time. If you think you or your organisation, or probably know of any other organisation which requires such help, as usual, do not hesitate to contact us at our contact page here.

* - we need concrete proof to identify and justify your cause, that you're from a NPO or any charity based organisation before you can qualify for this package.
