2. How fast is your average delivery time?
It depends on the complexity of the requirements of the project. On average, a typical 10 page website, with a simple design can be completed in 48 to 72 hour timeframe, provided that the level of feedback from the client is fast so that any occurring changes can be done during the construction phase.
3. What's up with your no refund policy?
Designing and programming goods are basically intangible products which are irreversible. You can't reverse the process to get back the spent resources such as time
and money, which is why whenever a project has reached a certain development stage, the initial 50% upfront payment usually can't be refunded. If you need a refund, kindly request for one before any stages of development starts.
4. How many individuals are in your team? Are you working alone?
Motion Edge Design consists of several dedicated individuals both designers and programmers, constantly working to deliver the best product for your projects.
5. Where is your server? Do you own that web hosting company?
The web hosting company detailed within this website does not belong to Motion Edge Design, but to a third party which resides in the United States of America. Any payment, support and questions should be forwarded to them.
6. I can't / not particularly keen to pay through Paypal, do you have any other alternative payment methods?
Yes, for Malaysians, we accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or cash. For non-Malaysians, you can pay us through E-Gold, wire transfer us the money, Western Union (fees paid by the client), or feel free to contact us if you have any other suggestions.
7. Does your "Buy 3 Free 1" package involve any other packages as well?
No. Any offer listed down within the eCover page is only for purchases related to any of the eCover services.
8. I'm still confused with your money back guarantee policy. Are you giving that guarantee or not?
Yes, we do provide money back guarantee, but depending on various conditions. Kindly refer to to table below to know more on the conditions :-
